By inviting, accessing, or using the VouchRestore Discord Bot ("Service"), operated by VouchRestore ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VouchRestore provides Discord server administrators and users with tools to record, back up, manage, and display vouches and reputation data tied directly to Discord User IDs.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the Service in full compliance with all applicable local laws and Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You must not use the Service to publish fraudulent vouches, engage in scamming, distribute malicious content, or attempt to exploit or overload the infrastructure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and server administrative permissions.

4. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high uptime, but the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to the Service or its users.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VouchRestore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, reputation, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

To provide and maintain the Service, we automatically collect minimal necessary data when you interact with the Bot:

• User Identifiers: Discord User ID and username.
• Server & Channel Identifiers: Discord Guild (Server) ID and Channel ID where commands are executed.
• Vouch Data: User-submitted vouch details, including product names, prices, ratings, feedback comments, and image attachment URLs.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Store, organize, and display your vouch history across Discord channels.
• Enable the /restore functionality to retrieve your vouch history on demand.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and spam within the Service.

3. Data Storage & Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Data is only processed through secure infrastructure providers required to operate the Service (e.g., database and hosting providers).

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your vouch data is retained for as long as your account remains active within the Service. You may request the deletion of your stored vouches and associated data at any time by contacting us through our official support server.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
